Story order that sources name

World 1 starts at Windmill Village. Its six stages are The Invasion of Windmill Village, The Bandit's Final Tribute, A Thumping Mess, The Aftermath of the Invasion, Shadows of Betrayal, and A New Dawn. Each lists 30 Gems and 2 Meat. An elemental stage is also on the world page, with the boss and reward left blank there.

Haunted City follows. It was renamed from Mob City. The six stage titles in the extract are Awakening of the Esper, Unleashed Psychic Fury, Unraveling the Psychic Mystery, The Mentor's Legacy, Reckoning of the Mind's Eye, and Rage: 100%. Rewards shown are 30 Gems and 2 Energy Crystal.

Later maps named by walkthroughs and portal guides, without a full stage list in the extracts: Cursed Academy, Blue Planet, Underwater Temple, Swordsman Dojo, Snowy Woods, and Crystal Cave. Blue Planet is called the only story map with a mini-boss. Crystal Cave is called out for worthiness grinding because it has many summoner enemies.

Open a map from Play after you spawn. Replaying a cleared stage is the safe Gem loop while your units are still low.

Challenges

Challenges are random Story maps on hard with one modifier. You must have cleared that map in Story first. The wiki says only three challenge doors are up, and the opposite side of each door is a copy. Modifiers include +35% enemy speed, +4 shield, +40% health, 2% health regen per second, x1.25 unit costs, and -25% unit range.

Athenyx challenges add restrictions: traits and spirits disabled, place only near the first unit, place only far from the first unit, one unit with unlimited placement, or bosses only.

Named reward rows include Star Rift bundles plus 30 Gems and 2 food, rerolls of 1-2 Divine Trait Crystals and 3-4 Trait Crystals, 1 Risky Dice and 1 Frost Bind, 100 Gems, 500 Gold, and 3 Spirits. Some challenges can also pay 500 Gold as a featured reward.

Hall of Mirrors

Update 3 added Hall of Mirrors, a circular map with up to 16 paths. Easy, Normal, Hard, and Nightmare unlock in order. Sources disagree on length: one Update 3 write-up says 15 phases of 2 minutes (30 minutes) and a small Wish chance on Nightmare; the wiki says 10 phases and 20 minutes, with a new path about every 2 minutes and 5 to 10 Magic Mirrors. A separate guide says level 20 is required. The wiki recommends Mythic or Secret evolutions, Hill or Hybrid units, and at least three players. More players open more paths and raise enemy strength, so extra alts are not free progress. Almighty's one-placement cap is a poor fit in small lobbies.

Wiki rewards that were fully visible:

Difficulty Listed payout
Easy 250 Gems, 2 Jester's Hat, about 2 of an unnamed drop, 25% Lucky Bottle
Normal 350 Gems, 2 Jester's Hat, about 3 of an unnamed drop, 50% Lucky Bottle, 5% Wish
Hard 450 Gems, 2 Jester's Hat, about 8 of an unnamed drop, 50% Lucky Bottle, 8% Wish

Nightmare's payout line was cut off in the extract.

Portals

Update 6 coverage names three portal families, each with rare, epic, and secret versions: Demon Portal, Cursed Kingdom Portal, and Ancient Dragon Portal. Higher Infinite difficulty is described as the better drop chance. Demon Portals were farmed on Windmill Village, Haunted City, and Cursed Academy Infinite. Ancient Dragon Portals were tied to Snowy Woods and Crystal Cave on Hard. Cursed Kingdom locations were not in the extract.

Tower of Eternity and Infinite

Tower of Eternity is an endless floor climb added in Update 2. Early floors reuse Story enemies, including the Leader Bandit from Windmill Village. Infinite pays Gems and items based on the wave you reach. Divine Trait Crystals from Infinite are specifically tied to Crystal Cave, Magma Cave, and Underwater City. Wave-by-wave Gem amounts were not in the pages read here, so they are not guessed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Anime Defenders?

Anime Defenders is a Roblox tower defense game by Small World Games. You summon anime-inspired units, place them on enemy paths, upgrade them during a match with Yen, and clear Story, Infinite, Challenges, Raids, and Hall of Mirrors.

When can I redeem codes?

The community wiki and a checked code guide both say you need player level 8 and a Roblox account that is at least 90 days old. A valid code can still fail before those requirements are met.

How much does a summon cost?

The standard banner is 50 Gems for one pull and 500 Gems for ten. A limited banner is the same, except VIP pays 40 Gems for one pull and 400 Gems for ten.

What should a new team include?

Bring one damage unit, one area clearer, one farm unit such as Pink Rockstar when you have it, and one control unit once waves start leaking. Six damage units with no economy stall on longer maps.
